详细阐述了白光干涉仪的设计过程,该设计主要包括驱动电路、光电I-V转换以厦电压放大3个模块。根据白光干涉的要求,其发射-接收机采用直流驱动,探测器高频响应的工作方式。但光源驱动电路的稳定性和光电探测器与放大器的连接对设计结果都会有影响。测试结果表明:选择LM317作稳压器,PIN光电二极管作探测器,采用I-V光电转换连接光电探测器与放大器的方式,可以满足设计要求。该干涉仪稳定性好,噪声低,可以很好地应用于白光干涉测量。
The white light fiber optic interferometer is designed. It includes driving eleetrocircuit, photoelectricity I -V transformation and voltage amplifier. To meet the demand of white light interference, the transmitter- receiver adopts the direct current deriving and the photo detector responding high frequency. But the stability of the driving eleetroeitcuit and the connective mode between photodetector and amplifier affect the design results. It is shown that choosing LM317 to be the manostat,the PIN diodes to be the photodetector,and the I - V transformation to be the connective mode, the designing index can be fulfilled. This interferometer is stable and the noise is small and can be used for white light interference measurement.
