从藏波罗花全草80%乙醇提取物中分离得到10个化合物,通过波谱学方法及参考文献对照分别鉴定为regyol(1)、长管假茉莉素B(2)β-skytanthine(3)、deacyl isomartynoside(4)、对羟基苯乙醇(5)、rengioside B (6)β-谷甾醇(7)、cleroindicin F(8)、角蒿原碱(9)、3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯甲酸(10)。所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Ten compounds were isolated from the 80% ethanol extract of the whole plant of lncarvillea younghusbandii. Their structures were elucidated respectively as regyol (1), cleroindicin B (2) ,β-skytanthine (3), deacyl isomartynoside (4) ,tyrosol (5) ,rengioside B (6) ,β-sitosterol (7) ,cleroindicin F (8) ,incarvilline (9) ,and 3-O-methyl-4-hydroxy benzoic acid (10) on the base of spectroscopic data analysis and comparison with related literatures. All compounds were obtained from I. younghusbandii for the first time.
