以二级铝矾土生料为原料,锰粉、镁渣为辅料,在1250~1450℃,通过固相烧结制备了高强度陶粒支撑剂材料.通过对样品的密度、线性收缩率、显气孔率和抗压强度测试及显微结构观察,系统分析了烧结温度对样品性能的影响.结果表明:随烧结温度的提高,样品密度与抗压强度都呈现出先上升后下降的趋势.当镁渣的掺入量为2wt.%,在1400℃下烧结3h后密度达到3.06 g·cm-3,抗压强度达到271MPa,气孔率小于1%;随烧结温度提高,物相组成基本未发生变化,为刚玉、莫来石及少量钙长石相;样品在1450℃下烧结时发生变形,该复相陶瓷合适的烧结温度范围为1350 ~ 1400℃.
The ceramsite proppant material was prepared by solid phase sintering method in the temperature range from 1250~1450 ℃ with the secondary bauxite as main raw material,manganese oxide powder and magnesia slag as auxiliary materials.The effect of sintering temperature on the properties (i.e.,bulk density,linear shrinkage rate and apparent porosity) was investigated,and the microstructure was analyzed.The results show that the bulk density and compressive strength increase first and then decrease with the sintering temperature increasing.The sample doped with 2% magnesia slag and sintered at 1400 ℃ has the bulk density of 3.06 g · cm-3,the compressive strength of 271 MPa and the apparent porosity of less than 1%.With the sintering temperature increasing,the phase composition remains essentially unchanged and it contains corundum,mullite and a small amount of anorthite,but the samples are deformed while being sintered at 1450 ℃.The suitable sintering temperature range of the multiphase ceramic is between 1350~1400 ℃.
