利用磷石膏、钾长石在焙烧条件下同步生产二氧化硫和硫酸钾。在先还原后氧化气氛下,以磷石膏与钾长石摩尔比、焦炭与磷石膏摩尔比、焙烧温度、焙烧时间四因素进行正交试验,通过对正交试验结果进行分析,以钾溶出率为指标,对比直观优方案和极差分析计算出的理论优方案,确定直观优方案为先还原后氧化气氛下的理论优方案。然后,进行验证实验,最终确定了先还原后氧化气氛下的工艺条件。为磷石膏、钾长石的综合利用提供一些基础理论数据。
Sulphur dioxide and potassium sulfate were produced synchronously by using phosphogypsum and potash feldspar at calcination condition. Under oxidizing atmosphere after reducing atmosphere, the four factors such as molar ratio of phosphogypsum to potash feldspar, molar ratio of coke to phosphogypsum, burned temperature, burned time were studied through orthogonal test. The potassium leaching rate was studied through the analysis of orthogonal experiment results. Compared with the calculated theoretically-optimized scheme by differential, the intuitive optimal scheme was determined for theoretically-optimized scheme under oxidizing atmosphere after reducing atmosphere. By verification test, the technological conditions were finally determined under oxidizing atmosphere after reducing atmosphere. It provides some basic theoretical data for the comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum and potash feldspar.
