目的：分离鉴定出藏木香（Inula helenium L.）挥发油的化学成分。方法：用气相色谱-质谱（GC/MS）联用技术,应用峰面积归一化法测定各组分的相对含量。结果：共鉴定出23种化合物,占挥发油总量的86.24%,主要为内酯类化合物。结论：本实验方法可靠,重现性好,为开发利用藏木香资源提供科学依据。
英文摘要：
Objective：To analyze the chemical constiucnts of volatile oil from Inula helcnium L. Methods：The constituents of volatile oil from Inula helenium L. in Qinghai province was analyzed by technology of GC/MS. Results：23 compounds were got and identified in the oil, the percentage of the content is 86.24%, and the main constituents were alantolactone, isoalantolactone, alantol. Conclusions：The result provides scientific foundation for research of Inula helenium L.
