MicroRNA(miRNA)因其分子序列短小,与基因组中较多的序列以互补方式存在,在不同生物体内以不同的方式与靶基因结合,且能够与多种蛋白相互作用,因而建立一种有效且普遍适用的鉴定及检测方法异常困难。科研人员经过不断的研究和探索,总结出MicroRNA的鉴定和检测方法,研究重点介绍miRNA的两种鉴定方法及其几种有效的检测方法,为进一步对其进行研究提供理论基础。
MicroRNA molecular sequences are short, they majority exist in a complementary manner of the genome sequence. They binding the target genes by different ways in different organisms, and inter-act with various proteins. Therefore, to establish an effective and generally applicable method for the identification and detection is extremely difficult. Researchers concluded miRNA identification and de-tection methods through continuous research and exploration. This article focuses on two identification methods and several effective detection methods, to further provide a theoretical basis for reseach.
