传统的医学临床教育面临动手机会少,易发生医患纠纷等问题。随着科技的发展,应用虚拟现实技术进行教学可有效解决这一矛盾。虚拟现实技术在妇产科多个方面已逐渐开始应用,其中以妇科腹腔镜的培训应用最为广泛,第四代虚拟现实手术模拟系统已具有力学反馈功能和手术操作引导等功能;同时,虚拟现实技术在妇科机器人手术培训、宫腔镜培训、产科急症处理培训等多个方面都表现出学习曲线短、参与度高等优势作用。未来我国虚拟现实技术具有广阔的发展前景。
In the traditional clinical medical education,students have limited opportunities to practice, which leads to doctor-patient disputes. With the development of technology, the use of virtual reality (VR ) technology in teaching can effectively solve this problem. V R technology has been gradually applied in many aspects of obstetrics and gynecology. Training in V R gynecological laparoscopy is the most widely used. At present, the fourth generation of V R simulation system has the functions of providing mechanical feedback and guiding surgery. Meanwhile, V R technology also has the advantages of shorter learning curve and higher participation in gynecological robotic surgery training, hysteroscopy, and obstetrical emergency management. Therefore, V R simulation will have broad prospects of development in the future.
