轮藻是一种广泛分布且具有一定经济价值的水生植物,但其人工培养鲜见报道。在M-11培养基的基础上,调整N/P为16:1、40:1和80:1,Fe2+离子浓度为0.3、0.6、0.8mol/L等进行轮藻培养,通过称重法研究适合轮藻人工培养的条件。结果显示,轮藻培养的最适N/P为40:1,最适Fe2+离子浓度为0.3mol/L。进而得出一种适宜轮藻培养的培养基配方(mg/L):NaNO3 250,KH2PO4 10,MgCl2·7H2O 29,CaCl2·5H2040,Na2CO3 20,Na2EDTA·2H2O1,EDTA-NaFe2.25。
Charophytes are one of most structurally complex green algae with a worldwide distribution and economic value, while no research has been conducted on culture conditions. In this study, on the basis of the M-11 medium, the N/P and Fe2+ concentration had been adjusted 16:1, 40:1, 80:1 and 0.3 tool/L, 0.6 mol/L, 0.8 mol/L separately. The culture conditions of Charaphytes were studied by weighing method. The conclusion showed that the best N/P was 40:1 and the suitable Fe2+ concentration was 0.3 mol/L. So the optimized culture of Charaphytes was NaNO3 250 mg/L, KH2PO4 10 mg/L, MgCl2·7H2O 29 mg/L, CaCl2·5H2O 40 mg/L, Na2CO3 20 mg/L, Na2EDTA. 2H2O 1 rag/L, EDTA-NaFe 2.25 mg/L.
