Curriculum teaching plays an important role in graduate education process. This paper mainly introduces, necessity of the course Vegetable Protein Technology as an academic master＇s professional required course in grain, oil and vegetable protein engineering specialty. Discuss present situation and existing problems of curriculum teaching, the reform measures and so on to meet higher requirements of high-level, high-quality, creative talents with the rapid development of the society, to promote graduate education curriculum reform.
