Network data center is the inevitable trend of historical data digitization. It is a beneficial attempt to build ＂Hedong Cultural Network Data Center＂ under the network environment. This paper explored the definition and the hierarchical construction model from spot to sphere of ＂Hedong Cultural Network Data Center＂, and also tried to seek the effective ways of constructing the database according to the problems in the aspects of literature collection and network technology. 3 Refs.
