掘进工作面悬浮粉尘颗粒改变巷道空气的粘滞特性,同时产生声波散射而影响机器噪声的传播与衰减,简要介绍了粉尘空气介质的声波衰减机理,基于掘进工作面及近巷道粉尘分布特性,分析了悬浮粉尘空气介质的粘滞特性对声衰减的贡献,研究了悬浮粉尘颗粒的声波散射作用及粉尘颗粒粒径、浓度等对声散射衰减的影响,研究表明:巷道中扩散声衰减与介质粘滞声吸收衰减两者在衰减量级上相当,而声散射衰减相对很小甚至可以忽略不计;粉尘浓度是影响粘滞声吸收的主要因素,而粉尘颗粒粒径、粉尘浓度等对声散射衰减有一定影响.
Suspended particles dust of the heading face of roadway not only changes the characteristics of air viscous but also produces sound waves scattering,so the spread and attenuation of machine noise are influenced.The acoustic attenuation mechanism of dust air medium was briefly introduced.Based on the heading face of roadway and distributed characteristics of dust near the roadway,the contribution to the acoustic attenuation was analyzed which was made by the stuck characteristics of the suspended dust in air medium.What's more,the influences of the acoustic attenuation caused by the sound waves scattering function of suspended particles dust,dust particles diameter and dust particles concentration and so on were discussed.The findings are as follows: the quantity of diffusion attenuation and medium viscous sound absorption attenuation both equal,and sound scattering attenuation are relatively small even can be neglected.The dust concentration is the main factor effecting viscous sound absorption,dust particles diameter and dust concentration have certain influence on the sound scattering attenuation.
