本文经无机离子改性、表面硅烷化、接枝修饰和表面聚合等过程合成了表面分子印迹改性皂土,并用红外光谱仪和激光粒度仪等现代仪器对其结构和表面形态进行了表征。以制备的表面分子印迹改性皂土为多相催化剂,研究了甲苯选择性硝化的催化特性。结果表明,表面分子印迹改性皂土的催化活性与酸性中心类型及模板的引入有密切关系。表面印迹氢离子改性皂土具有最好的催化活性,重复使用5次,平均转化率为61.57%,平均O/P值为1.29。
In this paper, surface molecular imprinting bentonites are synthesized by inorganic modification, surface silylaniza- tion, surface grafting and organic polymerization. The structure and the surface morphology of samples are defined by modern instrument (IR, PIDS etc.) .The characteristics of nitration on toluene with modification bentonites as heterogeneous catalyst are studied. It indicates the activities of surface molecular imprinting bentonites are related to the acid sites type and the molecular template inducing. Surface molecular imprinting hypnogenic ionization modification bentonites show the best catalytic activity, and the average yield is 61.57% and ortho/para ratio is 1.29 through reusing for the five repeated times.
