基于热膨胀位移设计了一套轿车车身点焊质量实时监测系统,并开发了人机交互软件系统。该系统集成了位移传感器、单片机、PC等硬件设备。通过实时采集点焊过程中的热膨胀位移,并与理论最优热膨胀位移曲线相比较,能够对焊点质量进行监测、报警、故障诊断。实际车间应用表明,该监测系统具确良好的稳定性和可靠性,可广泛应用于各种自动化点焊生产。
A real time auto-body resistance spot welding quality monitoring system based on thermal expansion displacement was designed. Displacement sensor, MCU and PC were integrated in the system while a HMI(human-machine interface) was programmed. The thermal expansion displacement data during spot welding were acquired and compared with the theoretical thermal displacement curve to achieve the functions of monitoring, alarm and faults diagnosis of the welds quality. The stability and reliability of the monitoring system was confirmed by practical applications in the workshop and the system can be widely used.
