通过乳液聚合法,将合成稀土配合物Eu(DBM)3.H2O纳米微晶分散到甲基丙烯酸甲酯的单体中,进行聚合反应,得到了含稀土配合物的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的聚合物微球。通过红外光谱、元素分析、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、荧光光谱、X射线光电子光谱(XPS)和ICP等测试方法对其组成、结构、荧光性质以及微观形貌等进行了表征。结果表明,在聚合过程中甲基丙烯酸甲酯单体中的羰基参与配位,有利于配合物被引入到聚合物微球中,从而使复合配合物的聚合物微球发出红色稀土铕离子的特征荧光,这一研究将为聚合物微球在光电学、磁学以及激光等领域的应用提供广阔前景。
In this study, the PMMA nanopartiele containing Eu(DBM)3 H20 nanocrystallines were obtained through the emulsion polymerization, in which the Eu(DBM)3 H2O nanocrystallines were dispersed in MMA monomers by chemical precipitation method. The structure, microcosmicmorphology, fluorescent properties were studied using infrared spectra, element analysis, fluorescent spectra, transmission electronmicroscopy (TEM), XPS and ICP. The results show that the rare earth complex nanocrystallines are interrupted by polymer nanoparticles because of the C=O in MMA monomer coordinated with center rare earth, then the europium characteristic fluorescence is sent out. These results can provide a basis for further expansion of its application in photoelectric material, luminescent materials and magnetic materials.
