On the crystalline interface of the semi-crystalline polymer based nanocomposites, nano-hy- brid shish-kebabs （NHSK） was often formed. The progress in NHSK structure was reviewed. It included the formation and growth mechanisms of NHSK and its various influencing factors. Besides, applications and perspectives of NHSK were also discussed.
