为了筛选出适合扦插苗生产的、能够形成大量须根团根系的容器,本研究以杨树为试材,通过4种不同类型容器中苗木的扦插繁殖和苗木的基质(蛭石)栽培,分析了其根系构型的变化。结果表明,适宜的栽培容器可以较大地促进主根的伸长和大量须根的产生,促进根系鲜质量的增加和干物质的积累,提高根系活性。其中梯形盆和多孔盆最适宜红叶杨和毛白杨扦插苗根系的生长,其次是普通盆,双层盆最差。梯形盆在根系干物质的积累、须根系的形成方面效果最好;多孔盆的根系活力最强;普通盆的一级根最长。因此,梯形盆最利于杨树扦插苗形成良好的根系构型。
In order to select suitable container which can encourage the growth of fibrous roots, root architecture of poplar cuttings was studied by cutting propagation of poplar in four different types of container with cultivation medium (vermiculite).The result showed that the main roots were elongated and large number of fibrous roots were produced, root fresh mass was increased, more dry mass was accumulated and the activity of root system was improved. Among them, the trapezoidal pots and porous pots were optimum container for root growth of populous deltoids cv. Zhonghua hongye and populous tomentosa. Ordinary pots followed, double-layer pots were the worst. Trapezoidal pots were the best on the formation of root and the accumulation of root dry mass of populous. The roots vitality of cutting seedling in the porous pots was the strongest. Roots in leve 1 were longest in ordinary pots. Therefore, trapezoidal pot is the best container for root growth and development of poplar cutting seedlings in which better root architecture was produced.
