The major function of higher vocational education is cultivating senior technical and skilled talents to serve the development of local economy and society. Realizing the five aspects of docking is also the important content of accelerating the development of modem higher vocational education, among which, the docking between specialties setup and industrial requirements is the base of realizing other dockings. There are no obvious industrial characteristics in the specialties of comprehensive higher vocational colleges, so it needs to gather the power of each specialty, and join the local leading or advantageous industries in the form of specialty clusters. Organically combining each element and by the construction of the docking system, a complete system of docking between specialty and local industry is formed to lay a good foundation for high quality and sustainable development of higher vocational colleges.
