目的探讨尿毒症患者疾病不确定感与社会支持及生活质量的相关性。方法采用Mishel疾病不确定感量表、社会支持评定量表和生活质量量表,对80例尿毒症患者进行调查。结果尿毒症患者的疾病不确定感为中等水平,得分为(102.16±5.97)分;社会支持总分为(31.60±3.69)分;生活质量处于中低水平。疾病不确定感总分与社会支持总分及生活质量均呈负相关。结论护理人员应根据患者的疾病不确定感、社会支持程度及生活质量状况,制定有效的护理措施降低尿毒症患者的疾病不确定感,提高其生活质量。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the uncertainty in illness and social support or quality of life in patients with uremia. Methods 80 patients with uremia were investigated with Mishel Uncertainty in Illness Scale, Social Support Rating Scale and Short Form 36 Health Survey Questionnaire. Results Middle level of uncertainty in illness was revealed in patients with uremia with total score of 102. 16 ± 5.97. The total score of social support was 31.60 ± 3.69, with low quality of life. Uncertainty in illness was negatively correlated with social support and quality of life. Conclusion Effective nursing aiming reducing the uncertainty in illness is required for the improvement of social support and quality of life.
