研制微多孔吸湿排汗聚酯纱和竹炭吸湿排汗聚酯纱与棉纱的交织产品,测试比较所开发产品与纯棉制品的折皱回复性、悬垂性、湿传递性能和染色特征。结果显示:棉/吸排交织织物和棉/竹炭吸排交织织物具有优异的悬垂性和抗折皱性能,液态水的扩散能力增强,特别是沿经向织物的芯吸初始速率较大,含竹炭纤维的织物染色会呈现较多的蓝光。
It is introduced in this paper that three different fabrics are woven by cotton yarn as warp and dissimilar weft such as cotton yarn, micro-pore structure yarn and bamboo carbon yarn. All of them are tested in wrinkle recovery, drapability, the ability of water transmission and dyeing. It is shown that the two fabrics woven by micro-pore structure yarn and bamboo carbon yarn have a good drapability, crease resistance and water transmission, and the latter with bamboo carbon particle displays blue color in the course of dyeing.
