采用超声显微镜技术,针对核能领域新型基础工业材料ODS铁素体钢的声学传播特性和质量评价方法展开研究。运用时域分析和频域分析2种方法,通过对比实验测定了不同铬(Cr)含量ODS铁素体钢试样的弹性力学常数。实验结果表明,2种超声检测方法不仅可测定该类材料的弹性性能,而且通过波速对比可检测成型材料的致密性,这为ODS铁素体钢材料的力学性能表征和质量检测技术研究提供了一种可行方法。
In this paper, the acoustic microscope is used to study the acoustic propagation characteristics and quality evaluation methods of the oxide dispersion strengthened ferritic steel,which is the basic industrial material in the fu- ture nuclear energy field. Time domain analysis and frequency domain analysis methods were used to get the elastic constants of oxide dispersion strengthened(ODS) ferritic steel samples with different chromium contents in compari- son experiments. The experiment results show that both of the ultrasonic testing methods are applicable to determine the elastic properties of this material, and the compactability of the formed materials can be detected using the veloci- ty comparison. This technology provides a feasible method for the studies of the mechanical property characterization and quality testing technique of ODS ferritic steel materials.
