针对液态泡沫铝单条Plateau边界的析液现象进行数值研究.在不考虑气泡合并的情况下,表面张力、溶液粘度、重力加速度是影响Plateau边界内部析液的主要因素.对单条Plateau边界内部流动进行了数值模拟,并和实验值相对比,其中内部流场采用非交错网格的SIMPLE差分格式求解.研究结果表明,单条Plateau内部速度场与前人模拟结果较吻合.此研究为制作铝合金泡沫材料提供了重要的指导意义.
Numerical study on single Plateau border with precipitated fluid phenomena in the liquid foam aluminum was carried out. Surface tension, viscosity, and gravity are the main factors which impact on the analysis of fluid within the Plateau borders without considering bubble fusion. The flowing inside the single Plateau border was numerically simulated, in the process of which the inside flowing field was solved by SIMPLE difference equation with non-staggered grid, and then compared with the experimental data. The results showed that: the simulation of internal velocity field of single Plateau has a result similar to those done by previous researchers. The study may play an important role in guiding the production of aluminum foams.
