Synergy Innovation of Industry-University-Research Institute（I-U-R）is a new concept.It is also a new development of＇Triple Helix＇theory and I-U-R collaborative innovation theory with Chinese characteristics.In China,based on＇Triple Helix＇theory,researches on synergy innovation of I-U-R have evolved through the matured I-U-R collaborative innovation theory with Chinese characteristics,and are growing rapidly.Generally,the research on this field is just to begin,and many academic problems remain to be resolved.
