In this paper, the importance of λ-fuzzy measures on information evaluation is emphasized especially in management decisions. It focuses on the construction of λ-fuzzy measures by transform and describes their distribution properties with the changes of parameters. And a generalized transform function is given. λ-fuzzy measures are effective information measures for depicting various rationalities. That is, decision-makers can apply them to explain the aggressive or conservative evaluation for small probability events.
