对比直接分散混合和二次分散混合2种不同制备工艺制作的EPS保温砂浆的力学及施工性能,并对其中差异作出解释和分析。结果表明,2种分散混合制备工艺各有优势;二次分散混合工艺中,使用占总量30%的水泥进行EPS颗粒包裹制作母料,所得到的保温砂浆的稠度值为6.5cm,抗压强度1.20MPa,抗折强度0.38MPa,粘结强度0.15MPa。
The mechanic and constructive performances of the two EPS thermal insulation mortars prepared by two different processes (directly dispersive mixing and two-step dispersive mixing) were compared and analyzed in this paper. The results show that each of these two methods has its own advantages and disadvantages. During the two-step dispersive mixing process, use the cement, which is 30% of the total amount, to carry out EPS particle size covcmge to make master batch, the performance of the thermal insulation mortar are: consistency value 6.5cm,compressive strength 1.20 MPa,tensile strength 0.38 MPa,hond strength 0.15 MPa
