目的:探讨血清GDF15水平检测对上皮性卵巢癌的诊断意义。方法:初诊的卵巢良性肿瘤患者40例,卵巢癌患者70例,以同期健康体检者30例作为正常对照组。收集3组临床资料,采集血清分别进行血清GDF15和CA125水平检测,以CA125为参照,统计学分析血清GDF15水平对上皮性卵巢癌诊断的临床意义。结果:卵巢癌患者血清GDF15水平(1265.96±353.23pg/ml)、CA125水平(575.81±221.38U/ml)显著高于卵巢良性肿瘤组(546.03±87.61pg/ml,24.81±8.76U/ml)及正常对照组(408.72±73.32pg/ml,18.11±6.43U/ml),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。血清GDF15为795.12pg/ml时,其诊断卵巢癌的敏感度和特异度分别为84.7%和89.8%。应用ROC曲线分析结果显示,血清GDF15鉴别诊断卵巢癌曲线下面积分别为0.924,血清GDF15联合CA125诊断卵巢癌时,曲线下面积为0.944。结论:上皮性卵巢癌患者血清GDF15显著升高,检测血清GDF15水平有助于卵巢癌的临床诊断。
Objective:To observe the serum level of growth differentiation factor 15(GDF15)in ovarian tumor,and analyze the clinical significance of serum GDF15 in diagnosis of epithelial ovarian cancer(EOC).Methods:The clinical parameters were collected in 40 patients diagnosed with benign ovarian tumor and 70 patients diagnosed with EOC.30 cases with healthy ovary were served as control group.Enzyme-linked immunosorbnent Assay(ELISA)and electrochemiluminescent immunoassay(ECLIA)were used to measure the serum level of GDF25 and CA125separately.Results:The serum GDF15level[(1265.96±353.23pg/ml)]and serum CA125level[(675.81±221.38U/ml)]was significantly higher in the EOC group than in the benign ovarian tumor group[(546.03±87.61pg/ml,24.81±8.76U/ml)]and normal control group[(408.72±73.32pg/ml,18.11±6.43U/ml)](P〈0.01).When cut off values were set to 795.12pg/ml,the sensitivity values were 84.7%,and the specificity values were 89.8%.ROC analysis showed that the area under the ROC curve(AUC)of GDF15 was 0.924 in the differential diagnosis of EOC and normal group,and the AUC of GDF15 and CA125was 0.944 in the differential diagnosis of EOC and normal group.Conclusion:The serum GDF15 level is obviously increased in EOC patients.The level of serum GDF15 maybe helpful to detection of ovarian cancer.
