长脉宽1064nm激光与阿莫罗芬联用治疗甲真菌患者临床疗效观察

目的探讨长脉宽1 064nm激光与阿莫罗芬联用治疗甲真菌患者临床疗效。方法甲真菌病患者144例,随机分为A,B,C 3组,分别给予5%盐酸阿莫罗芬甲擦剂、长脉宽1 064nm及长脉宽1 064nm激光与阿莫罗芬联用治疗,观察3组患者治疗后临床疗效、真菌学检查结果及不良反应发生情况。结果 A组有效率为58.33%,B组为60.42%,C组为81.25%,两两比较后结果显示,C组相比A,B组有效率更高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后,真菌镜检和真菌培养结果均显示A,B组阳性个数差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,C组相比A,B两组阳性个数均较少,差异有统计学意义（P均〈0.05）。B,C组患者均出现局部温热感,3组均无疼痛、水疱、结痂等严重不良反应发生。结论长脉宽1 064nm激光与阿莫罗芬联用对甲真菌感染病患者具有较好的疗效,可促进患者病甲及皮肤的恢复,且使用安全。

英文摘要：

Objective To investigate the efficacy of 1 064nm long-pulse laser combined with amorolfine regimen for pa- tients with onychomycosis. Methods One hundred and forty-four patients were randomly divided into the A, B, C groups, and were given 5% loceryl nail lacquer, 1 064nm long pulse laser and 1 064nm long pulse laser combined with amorolfine therapy respectively. The efficacy of the three groups of patients, mycological exam- ination results and adverse events were compared. Results Total effective rates were 58.33% ,60.42% and 81.25% for group A, B,and C respectively. Compared with group A and B,the effective rate of patients in group C was higher（P 〈0.05）. After treatment,the microscopic fungi and fungal culture results were not sta- tistically significant between group A and B （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Compared with groups A and B, patients in group showed less positive number of fungi （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Group B and C patients had a partial warm feeling, the three groups were no serious adverse reactions such as pain, blisters, scabs occurred. Conclusion Long pulse laser in 1 064nm combined with amorolfine has good effect for patients with onychomycosis without se- rious adverse reactions.
