采用溶液浸渍提拉法制备了β-PVDF/NiZn铁氧体复合膜。PVDF在60℃下恒温结晶时主要形成了极性的正交相p晶型,呈典型的球晶结构晶体,以较疏松颗粒堆积形式存在,膜的致密度较低,电容达到30~45pF,比未加NiZn铁氧体的单相PVDF膜提高了3~5倍;在100℃下恒温结晶主要形成非极性的单斜相α晶型,晶粒以二维生长为主,晶粒间紧密接触,膜较致密,电容为20-30pF。而当恒温结晶温度较低(50℃)时,PVDF结晶较差,呈非晶相存在,电容为10-15pF。
A novel semi-conductive Ni-Zn ferrite/polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) composite film was prepared by wet chemical method. Phase structures, morphology and the dielectric properties of such films were investigated. The PVDF composite film shows polar orthorhombic β phase, typical spherical crystalline phase structure, loose stacking and low compactness, when heat-treated at 60 ℃, While film with densely stacked non-polar monoclinic a phase is formed at 100 ℃. Only amorphous state PVDF composite film is formed at 50 ℃. β-PVDF composite film has the capacity from 30 to 45 pF, which is 3-5 times higher than that of β-PVDF films without addition of Ni-Zn ferrite, α-PVDF composite film has the capacity ranged from 20-30 pF and amorphous state PVDF composite film shows only the capacity of about 10-15 pF.
