英文摘要：

A 2-phases game model between individual and colony was build to analyze game behavior between forestry cooperative organization and farmers.The conditions of cooperation were analyzed,the reasons of default were explained,and some suggestions were given also.The results showed that long-term profits,long-term awareness,immediate profits,external effects,risks,supervision and punishment are the most important factors affect players behavior.Some measures should be adopted to promote cooperation,such as diversify the cooperative content and form,rationalize the benefit distribution,give more publicity to the long-term awareness,training the major farmers to raise the management level,carry out the compensation used for public benefit,improve the technical support,enhance the validity of government superintend.
