The effect of the wet synthesis methods on Xiangdan and dicalcium phosphate dihydrate was investigated. The effect of temperature and addition amount of Xiangdan on drug loading of dicalcium phosphate dihydrate was studied. The results show that the wet synthesis methods have no obvious effect on Xiangdan and dicalcium phos- phate dihydrate, the reaction temperature has a little effect on the drug loading of dicalcium phosphate dihydrate, and the drug loading of dicalcium phosphate dihydrate is ratio to the addition amount of Xiangdan. It is possible to prepare dicalcium phosphate dihydrate with various concentrations of Xiangdan.
