为了分析传统失步解列存在的问题,介绍了目前国内电网常用的3种失步解列判据,指出基于这3种判据的解列装置均为通过间接反映功角判别系统是否失步:以其中的视在阻抗型解列判据为例,按照传统解列方案对两机系统和某省实际电网进行了失步解列仿真。仿真结果表明了传统解列存在不能保证解列后各孤岛不平衡功率尽可能小、由于系统运行方式改变导致的振荡中心转移使得固定地点安装的解列装置失去作用、基于离线仿真或运行经验预先确定的解列断面难以适应失步模式的变化等不足。指出失步解列作为针对电网的安全稳定控制.应以整个电网的全局实时信息为解列方案制定的基础,研究自适应的失步解列控制系统.并总结了自适应失步解列控制需要研究的4个方面。
In order to analyze the problems of traditional out-of-step islanding ,three criteria widely used in domestic power systems are introduced. It is pointed out that,the out-of-step islanding devices based on these criteria detect the out-of-step of system by the indirectly reflecting power angle. The traditional islanding scheme with the apparent impedance criterion is applied in the out-of-step islanding simulations for a 2-machine system and a provincial system. Simulative results show some defects:the generation-load imbalance in each island can not be as small as possible,the installed islanding equipment becomes invalid because of the oscillation center transfer caused by the operating mode change ,the separation surface deter- mined based on the offline simulation or experience could not adapt to the change of out-of-step mode,and so on. For the safety and stability of power system,an adaptive out-of-step islanding control system based on global real-time information is studied and its four aspects are summarized.
