半夏附子配伍在肺系疾病中的应用分析

目的:运用频数分析法,拟对《中医方剂大辞典》里的治疗肺系疾患的含半夏与附子古方的配伍方剂进行分析,探讨半夏与附子同方配伍的特点。方法:搜集整理《中医方剂大辞典》中包含半夏与附子配伍治疗肺系疾患的方剂,运用统计和频数分析方法将这些方剂进行归纳,总结其方剂的药物组成、半夏与附子剂量关系,治疗疾病特点。结果:1半夏与附子配伍方剂中,所涉及的补益药和解表药使用频次较高,如甘草、人参、白术;细辛、麻黄、生姜等。2半夏与附子配伍剂量基本相等,二者使用以各一两居多。3半夏与附子配伍在治疗肺系疾病的方剂中,以治疗感冒、咳嗽、痰饮、哮喘为主。结论:半夏与附子配伍在历代方剂中应用较多,不宜作为绝对配伍禁忌。

英文摘要:

Objective: To analyze the related other drug compatibilities among the compatibility of pinellia tuber and prepared aconite root in pulmonary system diseases, to study the relationship of compatibility dosage proportion between pinellia tuber and prepared aconite root, then to explore the features of treatment based on using frequency analysis method. Methods: The methods of statistical analysis and frequency analysis were used to analyze the data. Results: (1)Among the compatibility of pinellia tuber and prepared aconite root, the frequencies of compatibility in drugs for tonic and drugs for treating exterior syndromes were higher than those in others, drugs for tonic such as licorice root, ginseng, white atractylodes rhizome, and drugs for treating exterior syndromes such as asarum herb, ephedra, fresh ginger and so on. (2)The doses of pinellia tuber was almost equal to the doses of prepared aconite root in compatibility, both with one liang in most cases. (3)The compatibility of pinellia tuber and prepared aconite root mainly treated pulmonary system diseases such as cold, cough, phlegm retention, asthma and so on. Conclusion: The compatibility of pinellia tuber and prepared aconite root have been widely applied in ancient compatibility of medicines, which could be unsuitable as absolute incompatibility.
