本文采用严格耦合波法(RCWA)分析了光栅/薄膜结构磁极化激发特性,研究了二维光栅结构与三维光栅结构对TPV辐射器光谱选择特性的影响,考察了金属材料、入射角、偏振特性、光栅尺寸等参数对光谱发射率的影响,获得了几何参数和物性参数对磁极化激元的激发规律。这种纳米结构对太阳能电池、热光伏设备和辐射发射器具有重要的应用价值。
RCWA method is employed to analyze excitation characteristics of magnetic polaritons (MPs) on grating/thin-film. In this work, we study the effects of 2D and 3D grating/thin-film nanostructures on wavelength-selective of TPV emitter. Parameter studies on the emissivity are performed by changing material, incident angle, polarization and grating dimension. Furthermore, the geometric parameters and the property parameters on MPs are obtained in this paper. This nanostruc- ture has potential applications in solar cells, thermophotovoltaic (TPV) devices, and radiation emitters.
