Plant extracellular proteins play an important role in development of cell.An analysis of bio-informatics was conducted to an extracellular protein OsOle in rice.The results showed that this protein has 52% of comparability with Ole e I in the pollen protein of olive;the morphology of leaf epidermal cells in overexpression lines of transgenic rice had changed.
