In this paper, we investigate the structure and property of uniquely g（x）-clean rings. Using the same method with the g（x）-clean ring, the relation between uniquely g（x）-clean rings and uniquely clean rings is determined, and the relation between uniquely g（x）-clean rings and rings generated by units and roots of 1 are given. Last, we discuss some extensions of g（x）-clean rings.
