Based on questionnaires from 98 tea enterprises in Anxi County,the multiple linear regression method is used to conduct an empirical study on factors influencing the diversification management intention of tea enterprises.The results show as follows.Prospects of tea market,earning of tea industry and technology difficulty have a negative correlation with the diversification management intention of tea enterprises,while expected earning of tea industry,enterprise scale,adequate of talents,ratio of liabilities to assets and growth ratio of main business revenue have an positive correlation with the diversification management intention of tea enterprises.
