以湖南长沙采集的向川安瘿蜂Andricus mukaigawae和麦氏安瘿蜂A.mairei虫瘿中获得的日本并腹客瘿蜂Synergus japonicus为研究材料,使用Wolbachia的wsp基因特异引物,通过PCR法扩增日本并腹客瘿蜂的Wolbachia的wsp特异片段,以邻位相连法构建Wolbachia的wsp基因的分子系统树.研究结果表明:日本并腹客瘿蜂感染了Wolbachia;且Wolbachia的wsp序列一致性仅77%,差异较大,显然属于不同的Walbachia株系,为多重感染.
The wsp gene fragment of Wolbachia in Synergus japonicus associated with the plant galls of Andricus mukaigawae and Andricus mairei in Changsha,Hunan province,was amplified by using polymerase chain reaction with Wolbachia wsp-specific primers.Phylogenetic relationship of wsp gene sequences of Wolbachia in S.japonicus and other gall wasps was constructed with neighbor-joining method.The study showed that the identity of wsp gene sequences in S.japonicus from A.mukaigawae and A.mairei was only 77%,and the two strains belong to different strains.Thus,the results demonstrated multiple infection of Wolbachia in S.japonicus.
