根据切削加工机器人系统特点,设计了变频器手动/自动两种控制方式.分析了电主轴在恒转矩与恒功率状态下的特点,设计了V/F曲线以及手动状态下的外部电路,绘制了电主轴调速特性曲线,预置了ABB ACS550变频器的各项参数.对B&R APC820工控机、Modbus协议及RTU模式数据包参数做了介绍,编制了自动状态下B&R APC820工控机与ABB ACS550变频器的通讯程序,实现了加工现场对变频器实时调速的要求.
According to the characteristic of cutting robot system, it designs manual / automatic two control modes of the inverter. Analysis characteristic of electric spindle in state of constant torque and constant power, spindle speed characteristic curve and V/F curve and manual state external circuitry are designed and ABB ACS550 inverter parameters are presented. A brief presentation about B&RAPC820 IPC and Modbus protocol and RTU mode parameters is made. Communication program is compiled in automatically state between B & R APC820 IPC and ABB ACS550 inverter.
