中医药的现代化需要进行实验研究，而建立科学、创新、可重现的动物模型是实验研究成功与否的重要环节和前提条件。利用现代实验手段对干燥综合征的中医药治疗效果进行研究，首要解决的问题是如何复制干燥综合征动物模型。本研究结合实验数据和文献资料进行分析，认为理想的干燥综合征中医药研究模型是结合西医的病因模拟方法和中医“证”的模拟方法，并在二者之间寻找最大契合度。

Modernization of traditional Chinese medicine needs to build scientific, innovative, and reappearing animal model. It is the important link and premise condition for a success experiments. Basis on data and documents, this research shows that perfect Sjogren＇s syndrome TCM animal model is to seek the degree of agreement between pathogen of western medicine and symptom of TCM.
