在自主研发的一种基于臭氧协同紫外消解技术和多传感器集成的化学需氧量(COD)在线检测系统上,融合消解过程中多个传感器的测量信息,得到水样有机物消耗的氧当量。在大量实验的基础上,分别在低、高量程段建立氧当量关于进臭氧量和温度的补偿模型,从而得到补偿后的COD值。实验证明:该模型测量值与理论值的复相关系数高达0.96,准确度较高,可满足检测要求。
An online detection system of chemical oxygen demand( COD) based on an advanced oxidation of ozone cooperating with UV and multi-sensor integration is developed,which the measurement information of multiple sensors is fused and the oxygen equivalents cost is calculated by organic matter in water. According to numerous experiments,the compensation models for oxygen equivalents about the amount of ozone imports and temperature are established in low and high range respectively,and the COD value after compensation can be worked out. Test results show that the models are accurate and have high multiple correlation coefficient which are over 0. 96 between the measured value and theoretical value,so the models can meet the test requirements.
