采用有限元软件,研究了连铸470 mm×350 mm大方坯结晶器电磁搅拌电流和频率对磁感应和电磁力分布的影响,并与实测数值进行了对比。研究表明,磁场模拟结果与现场实测数据一致。电磁力在大方坯水平截面上呈周向分布。当电流相同时,随着频率的增加,磁感应强度减小。电磁力随着频率的增加而增加,且随着频率的增加,最大电磁力增加量减小。当频率相同时,随着电流的增加,钢液内的磁感应强度和电磁力都增加。结合数值模拟的具体结果,当电流和频率为550 A、2 Hz时,能起到良好的搅拌效果。同时对钢液流场特性进行了初步研究。
A numerical simulation with finite element software was conducted basing on 470mm×350mm bloom during continuous casting with electromagnetic stirring.In the process of numerical simulation,the influence of EMS current and frequency on distribution of magnetic flux density and electromagnetic force was considered.The comparison show that the calculated results conform basically with the experimental data.The distribution of electromagnetic force is circular in horizontal direction.At the same current,magnetic flux density decreases with the frequency.Along the direction of mold,electromagnetic force increases with the frequency.With the increase of frequency,the largest increase in the amount of electromagnetic force decreas.At the same frequency,magnetic flux density and electromagnetic force increase with the current.Considered the results of numerical simulation,the optimized EMS parameters are the stirring current of 550 A and the stirring frequency of 2 Hz.The flow field also was researched preliminary.
