根据凤滩水库的洪水特性和下游防洪要求,将汛期分为前、主、后三期,分别计算设计洪水,分析汛限水位、蓄水时机对调洪结果与发电效益的影响。寻求最优的汛期分期运行水位及调洪规则,提高水库的综合利用效益。

英文摘要:

Based on the flood characteristic of Fengtan Reservior and the flood control requirements on the down stream, The flood period is divided into three stages and the designing flood by stages was calculated respectively. The paper dealed with the influence that the limit water level and impounding scheme to the result of flood regulation and the power generation benefits, then look for the optimal operating water revel of flood season and flood regulation rules in order to improve the comprehensive utilization benefit.
