采用新型超临界流体色谱仪成功拆分了反式-二苯乙烯氧化物(TSO)、安息香手性物质,分离度大于3。同时考察了有机改性剂种类、浓度、系统背压、流速、温度对分离度的影响,结果表明:有机改性剂种类及浓度对分离均有影响,乙腈及甲醇洗脱能力较乙醇强,改性剂浓度越大,洗脱能力越强,且分离度越小。流速越大,洗脱能力越强,柱温对洗脱影响较小,柱温升高,分离度呈减小趋势。
Chiral materials such as trans two styrene oxide and styrax benzoin were separated successfully by supercritical fluid chromatograph. The resolution was over 3. The effects of some conditions such as modifier, back pressure, flow rete and temperature on the resolution were discussed. The results showed that the elution capacity of methanol and acetonitrile were stronger than ethanol and the resolution decreased with the increase of the concentration of modifier, the flow rate and the temperature.
