We deduced the annihilation interaction by taking into account massive effective one-gluon exchange or massless one-gluon exchange between quark-antiquark with same flavor. Employing Gaussian expansion method, the spectra of s-wave system were cal- culated within a constituent quark model with the same parameters used in other works. The newly hadron state X（3872） is perfectly ex- plained in this work. We also find two weak bound statesJ^PC=2^＋＋、D^0＊^-D0^＊,^JPC=0^＋＋、D^0^-D0 and proposed a suggestion for exploring these states by BES collaboration and LHCb collaboration and etc.
