近20a来的研究表明,海洋有色溶解有机物(CDOM)具有显著的光化学活性,其光化学反应不仅在碳、氮等生源要素的生物地球化学过程中扮演重要角色,而且还可通过改变水体的光辐射影响海洋生态系统的结构与功能。在介绍CDOM光化学基本概念、反应原理和研究方法的基础上,综述了影响光降解的因素、CDOM光化学反应的生物地球化学以及生态环境意义,指出了研究中存在的主要问题,并对今后的研究进行了展望。
The researches in recent two decades indicate that marine chromophoric dissolved organic matter ( CDOM ) showed remarkable photochemical reactivity. The photochemical reaction not only plays an important role in the biogeochemical cycles of many bioactive elements (e.g. C, N), but also can influence the structure and function of marine ecosystem through changing the aquatic solar radiation. On the basis of introduction about the basic concepts and principles of CDOM photochemistry, this paper summarized the major research content and technique in this field. Biogeochemical and environmental significance of the CDOM photochemical reaction was systematically interpreted. The main questions in present research and future work were discussed.
