中国现行农技推广体系存在的种种问题制约着中国现代农业的发展,根据典型农户技术采纳案例提出让农资销售人员参与农技推广的新思路,引入这一农技推广新方式能够完善中国的农技推广体制。针对农资销售人员推广农技存在的问题,提出由政府农业推广部门进行监督和引导的解决方案。

Problems existing in current system of agricultural technology extension restrict the development of modern agriculture in China.The authors suggested that salesmen engaging in agricultural material could participate in the extension of agricultural technology according to the typical cases of technological adoption.The introduction of the new form extending agricultural technology can promote the improvement of Chinese agricultural technology extension system.Aiming at the problems of the new way extending agricultural technology,this paper put forward the solution that the agricultural extension department of the government should supervise and guide salesmen of agricultural material.
