数千年来,家蚕的主要经济价值在于生产蚕丝,以此形成的蚕丝产业为人类经济发展和社会进步做出了卓越贡献。随着现代生物技术的快速发展,特别是在家蚕基因组计划以及家蚕功能基因组研究平台建立的促进下,家蚕丝腺高效合成与分泌丝蛋白的这一奇特现象逐渐被了解和重视,以家蚕丝腺作为生物反应器大规模、低成本生产高附加值有用蛋白质的应用潜力也逐步得以彰显,并有可能成为促进传统蚕丝产业改造及拓宽产业领域的重要方向之一。本文综合分析了过去10年国内外在家蚕丝腺生物反应器领域的发展线索及取得的研究成果,并就该领域的现存问题与发展趋势进行了初步分析和讨论。
For thousands of years,the major economic value of silkworm,Bombyx mori,is to produce silk fibers for silk industry,which has made a great contribution to human economic development and social progress. With the rapid development of modern biotechnology,especially,with the promotion of silkworm genome projects and the establishment of silkworm functional genome analysis platforms,the unique phenomenon of fast synthesis and secretion of silk proteins in silk gland of silkworm has been extensively elucidated and valued,which demonstrated the great potential of using silk gland as bioreactor to produce useful proteins with high added value in large scale at low-cost. This has become one of the important orientations to promote the transformation of traditional silk industry and to broaden the fields of silk industry. Here,we reviewed the development paths and achievements in silk-gland-based bioreactor in the past decade,and preliminary analyzed and discussed the existing problems and development trend of this area.
