采用云母含量较高的母岩轧制的人工砂中石粉的云母含量较高,但目前尚未见到人工砂石粉中的云母对混凝土性能影响的研究成果。本文通过不同石粉含量的混凝土试验研究了高云母含量石粉对混凝土性能的影响,其中人工砂石粉含量在6%~18%范围内。试验结果显示,高云母含量石粉对混凝土的单位用水量、和易性、抗拉强度等有不利影响,采用高云母含量石粉配制混凝土,石粉含量控制在6%~18%范围内时,石粉含量越高,混凝土单位用水量越高,和易性越差,抗拉强度越低,拉压比越低。
The mica content of stone powder in manufactured sand is higher when the sand is made by crushing rocks of higher mica content. The effect of mica content in stone powder on the performances of manufactured sand concrete is experimentally studied in this work, with the mica content controlled by adjusting stone powder content of manufactured sand from 6% to 18%. Experimental results show that the stone powder with high content of mica has adverse effects upon concrete performances, such as water content, workability and tensile strength etc. With higher content of mica in stone powder, the concrete will have higher water content, worse workability and lower tensile strength. And the ratio of tensile strength to compressive strength is lower.
