研究了不同状态失活和活性污泥对吐纳麝香的吸附性能.吐纳麝香初始浓度为10μg·L^-1,采用活性污泥灭活吸附,考察了吸附平衡时间、pH与温度对吸附的影响.在10、20、30℃不同温度下建立了Freundlich吸附等温线,并计算了分配系数Kd;研究结果表明,好氧、缺氧与厌氧失活污泥对吐纳麝香的吸附在60min内都基本达到吸附平衡;pH值在6~8范围内对吸附没有影响,pH为9及以上时随着pH值增加吸附量减少;三者在不同温度下对吐纳麝香的吸附都符合Freundlich吸附,都呈线性吸附,分配系数随温度升高而降低.另外,研究了20℃时好氧、缺氧与厌氧活性污泥的吸附等温线与分配系数,3种活性污泥的筑值为:厌氧〉缺氧〉好氧;3种活性污泥与灭活污泥对吐纳麝香的吸附未出现明显差别,吸附性能规律为:厌氧〉缺氧〉好氧.
The adsorption tests were performed to measure the adsorption capacity of three different inactivated and active sludge for AHTN. The initial concentration of AHTN was 10μg·L^-1. And the effects of pH and temperature were investigated. The study showed that the adsorption equilibrium was established within 60 min. No significant pH effect was observed in the pH range from 6 to 8 at 20 ℃ ; when ph≥9 ,the adsorptive capacities decreased with increasing pH value. The experimental data of equi librium concentrations were well correlated by Freundlich and linear adsorption isothermal model. Distribution coefficients (Kd) decreased with increasing temperature. In addition, the Freundlich and distribution coefficients (Kd ) of the three different activated sludge at 20℃ were also measured. The outcome of distribution coefficients ( Kd ) of activated sludge were anaerobic 〉 anoxic 〉 aerobic. No significant differences were observed between activated and inactivated sludge. The adsorption abilities of both activated/inactivated sludge were anaerobic 〉 anoxic 〉 aerobic.
