以AA(丙烯酸)、Al(铝)和XG(黄原胶)为主要原料,采用水溶液聚合和配位反应法制备了PAA(聚丙烯酸)/Al/XG复合材料,并对PAA/Al、PAA/Al/XG两种复合材料的结构与性能进行了对比试验。结果表明:PAA/A1复合材料和PAA/Al/XG复合材料均具有良好的鞣制性能(两者的拉伸强度分别为12.96、24.52MPa,断裂伸长率分别为73.30%、84.66%,撕裂强度分别为43.43、88.05MPa),但后者的鞣制性能、热稳定性能和其他应用性能相对更好。
With AA(acrylic acid) ,Al(aluminum) and XG(xanthan gum) as main raw materials,a PAA(polyacrylic acid)/Al/XG composite was prepared by aqueous solution polymerization and complexation,and the contrast experiments between PAA/Al composite and PAA/Al/XG composite were implemented in structures and properties. The results showed that the PAA/Al composite and PAA/Al/XG composite had all good tanning properties (both tensile strengths were 12.96 MPa and 24.52 MPa respectively,elongations at break were 73.30% and 84.66% respectively,tearing strengths were 43.43 MPa and 88.05 MPa respectively),but the tanning properties,thermal stability and other applications properties of the latter were reversely better.
