英文摘要：

Supply chain disruption often causes great losses to the supply chain members. Business interruption in- surance can compensate for the profit loss of the supply chain enterprise＇s interruption and inject capital flow into the supply chain. In this paper,we assumed that there was a disruption risk in the manufacturer of a two-level supply chain, and by establishing a single cycle supply chain disruption model, we compared situations whether the manu- facturer insured the business interruption insurance and studied the value and impact of this insurance to supply chain. The research finds that when there is a disruption penalty, the business interruption insurance can increase orders and profits of supply chain members, and the greater the probability of disruption, the more prominent the val- ue of the insurance is. Meanwhile it can also change the supply chain contract structure and promote the supply chain cooperation.
